Parking Enforcement Starting June 10th

Dear Tenants,

We are starting our parking enforcement program as of June 10th. During the initial weeks there will be random checks of the parking lot to discourage illegal parking in our lot.

Anyone parked without a parking pass is at risk of being ticketed and towed at their own expense.

There is someone in my spot (spots #6-17), what should I do?

Option 1) If they have a parking pass, call Angie in the office and she will let you know who to speak to in the building.

Option 2) If they do not have a parking pass, please call FlexPoint Security 24/7 (437-244-9928.) to report it. The car will be ticketed and towed.

There is someone in my spot (Boulevard parking, spots #1-5), what should I do?

Option 1) If they have a parking pass, call Angie in the office and she will let you know who to speak to in the building.

Option 2) If they do not have a parking pass, please reach out to the Toronto Police Service - Parking Enforcement through their online portal (https://report.tps.ca/parking-complaint) or by calling 416-808-2222 to report via phone.
