TTC Construction Notice

Dear tenants,

We have received an urgent construction notice from the TTC regarding the St. Clair Ave W and Winona Ave westbound streetcar. The section in front of the building will be having rail replacement starting as early as November 9. Work is expected to last approximately one week. This replacement of worn rail is critical for safe and reliable operation of the system.
