You might have noticed the changes at both the front and rear doors of the building. We are excited to announce that we are upgrading to a FOB entry system. All current key holders will get a FOB replacement. Please sign-up to bring your key to swap it for a FOB, here.
In the off chance that you lose your FOB, please email info@845stclair.com or fill out the contact form in the tenants area on the website and we will disable it until it is found or replaced. The fee for replacement is $30. The tenant may request additional FOBS for employees working outside of regular building hours. There will be a $30 administrative fee for each additional FOB.
