Over the past few weeks we have been preparing our building for a shift to a FOB entry system and after business-hours dial-in entry for those who see clients/patients outside of our regular building hours. Now that each tenant has received their FOBs and provided phone numbers for our dial-in system, we will collect the keys and open the dial-up system to the public.
Each unit has provided an access phone number that has been programmed into the front-door intercom system. In the case you have an after hours (non-regular building hours) appointment, the visitor will find the business name on the intercom building directory list located to the left of the front doors and will key in the access code next to the business name. That code will call the phone number that is now associated with the account. You can unlock the doors by pressing and holding the number ‘9’ on your keypad. The user will only be able to see the 4-digit code to dial-up, not the number that you have provided. Please do not provide entry unless you are expecting that person. This is important for the safety and security of the building and tenants.
During the week of December 14th, please drop off your manual keys with Isa Afecto, on the 4th floor.
The new system will be operational by the end of day, Tuesday December 15th, 2020.
Reminders:
All FOB holders can enter the building from the front or back doors after hours.
Regular building hours are currently Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM.
The back door entry from the parking lot is only accessible by FOB.
