Action Required: Unit Signage
As the suite door renovations have been completed, we are now working on providing proper signage for each suite. According to your leases, “landlord supplies signage at tenant’s expense”. Tenants are responsible for the cost of signage, however as part of the renovation 845 St. Clair will be covering the cost of this first sign that will include the suite number and business name.
If you are interested in having more than just your business name on the sign, we are happy to look into the possibilities (at the tenants’ cost). Please provide some details in the form.
