Dear Tenants,
On Monday March 27th we will commence the final phase of our outside renovation. The contractor will be restricting movement outside the building, however the main front doors to 845 St.Clair Ave. offices will remain accessible throughout the work. For your safety, please follow along and be mindful of any signage and walkways that the contractor is providing. Fob access from the parking area will be available as usual. This part of the work will take several weeks.
Parking spots 1 & 2 will be restricted for contractor use during the first part of this work. If there are other spots blocked or taken by cars without our parking sticker please contact the office.
