Dear Tenants,
As you are all surely aware, our building has a very limited number of parking spots, and these spots are reserved for tenants only. We deal with non-tenant parking issues daily, causing much undue stress for those involved. In order to better identify the cars that should be in those designated tenant parking spots, we gave out windshield passes in December 2020 and have made sure that all tenants with a spot have a corresponding pass. These windshield parking passes have been updated and each tenant has the pass(es) they need. Parking passes are a requirement for tenants and employees who are registered to be parking in our lot.

Without a parking pass and up-to-date vehicle information, your vehicle may be tagged and towed being mistaken for others who are illegally parking in the spots.
We have taken steps to reduce parking issues further by updating our parking signage and hiring security that will allow us to tag and tow cars that should not be parked on our property. Please note that an intensive program will start as soon as we have City of Toronto approval. At that point an email will be sent out explaining that we now have regular patrol and can now call the security company to tag and tow cars.
All tenants will be receiving a letter that will identify your designated spot(s). This letter is what gives you the right to tag + tow from your designated spot(s). Read below for our parking rules and procedure in the case where there is another car parked in your spot.
Parking Pass Rules:
Please make sure that the parking pass is always clearly visible on the dashboard window and your vehicle information is always up-to-date.
If the pass is lost or ruined, please inform us immediately.
For any additions or changes of vehicles and employees who use parking passes, etc ., please inform the office of the change.
If you are driving a secondary car, you must move the pass to the car you are parking in the lot.
Upon arrival on site, if you are missing your pass (rental car, forgotten in other car, etc.), please inform Angie (416-785-4572) in the management office.
Upon arrival on site, if there is a car in your spot, do not park in another spot, instead follow the instructions below.
Please make sure to always park in your assigned spot and help us discourage those repeat neighborhood offenders who are parking in the wrong place regularly.
